I made a quick video to show the sustainable dps of paladin in TBC.
Nothing fancy or so, and not so much dps if you're playing rogue, mage or warrior, but it's certainly quite a buff for us pallies:

The only problem I might see coming down the road is that crit chances lower alot as you level.

yeah I lost 1% crit when I dinged 61... and It will probably just increase.

How can you fraps those videos? Tried to fraps something myself, and it stopped after 1min, and the file was about 800 MB
