I've chosen an egoistic prot build, as you see i dont have BoK, since i find it more suitable to use blessing of sanctuary in my play style, and you can always dropp 5 points on deflection and distribute them on Imp. righteous fury and spell warding to get the dmg. reduction, but im going for the 5% crit in the retrib tree and imp. retrib aura and probably using the 3 remaining poits on divine str.
As it is now, when i have BoS, Holy Shield and retrib. aura up, i dont around 200dmg in return for those who strike me with melee unbuffed (and i dont have that much +spell dmg.), and i use Seal of righteousness, since it's the most usefull 1h seal imo
