if your thinking about the marked line for cutting out the bar code, im not sure thats a joke afaik. i heard ppl and stores even talk about having to molest your collector's edition to get the pet.. which is why i'm not sure i'll be getting my pet if it turns out to be true.

yes it's the one thing about the CE that is't any use at all, it's the paper with what content you get that you need to cut up, not the box
just look at the barcode on the picture if you didn't see what I mean...
