yes it is a fake.. the real one has this too:
on Use; turns you into a GM, makes you kill all mobs + other faction players in the intire azeroth + outlands and gives you a 99.999999% chance to ding 1 lvl and scream looser!!! to everyone that you won the roll or ninjaed this item from.

It's the wrong name for Hellscream's axe as his axe was called Gorehowl 
and Gorehowl also drops in Karazhan from Prince Malchezaar
The axe can be seen here, the fake legendary one and this epic one actually have the same model, just someone who tried to be 1337 by faking an axe.
Edit: Death and Taxes got the axe on their first kill of Malchezaar btw.
