Paladin Application

Application to the Enigma (dis?)Order.
As you might know I have left TEO few months ago for various reasons, which I will try to explain below
but first:

1: You
Name: Freek
Age: 19
Country: Holland.
Occupation: Currently studying Logistics in Breda, Holland. Working wendseday evening+saturday in a supermarket.
Activitylevel: I play as much as school can afford (and sometimes beyond :'() practically available monday-tuesday-thursday-friday from around 16:00-24:00, and the whole sunday.

2: Your character
Flunky, lv70 paladin, 23 retri (for improved sanc aura + solo-play ability) / 38 holy.
Although I personally find this the best pve healing spec, I'm ofcourse willing to respec to anything you desire.
Sitting around 10k mana and 7k health in healing gear. Got around +800 healing.

Maxed out mining, lacking a few bits of thorium to get my engineering skill up as well. working on it.
I choose scryers over aldor, because in my opinion the shoulder enchants will suit me best.

I migrated Vulshok, the mage, to mazrigos a while ago, leaving me with only my lvl 58 rogue as a 'notable' alt.

3: Gear
Since BC, I've mainly focussed on healing gear, leaving me a tad bit cross-dressing (lots of mail, some cloths).
I havent updated any profiler yet, since my gear is improving every day still.

Describe your "desert island" gear. Items you desperately want. This can be imaginary items as well.
Eventually I'm hoping to complete tier 4, afterwards tier 5. (healing set) Untill then I'm hoping to get as many Plate-healing items as possible.

4: Guild
Dark Alliance, TEO, ram, Rebirth. in that order.

Reason for leaving them
Dark alliance bled to death as everybody who hit 60 left the guild, one day I met snoozo to convice me to join TEO, an offer I glady took. (shortly after persuading nunb, splinter and kami to come along)

I was in TEO for a long period of time, and after the summer i was unsure what would become of it, and what it had to offer for me, I was weak, and left. Knowing I would leave many questionmarks behind, regretably.
I spoke with obscure after my department, and I'm sure he can verify I had a hard time explaining why I left exactly, propably because I wasn't sure myself. I think after nearly 1,5 year of TEO I needed to try something new.
Ask me if i have regrets leaving TEO, i would propably say Yes, and no.
My short time in ram, and Rebirth have showed me what I wanted, what I need. So leaving TEO was a great eye-opener. I do regret that by leaving I have compromised my credability, and hurt your trust, and well-possibly my spot in the community I want to be in most. TEO.

as for ram, I was in it for only a short period of time. School became very demanding of me, so I had to seize all WoW activity for a few weeks. I wasn't kicked out of <ram> but extending my afk-period time after time wouldnt fall good, so I left. After being guildless for a while, i ran into an old friend, Ezoik. It was he who led me into Rebirth.
Sad to say, he left to mazrigoz one week after.
Even though rebirth is filled with great and skilled players, there was something amiss. It didn't feel right. It didn't feel TEO.
So here I am, hoping to come home, after a way too long 'vacation'.

Ambitions within a guild.
I hope to be reunited with both RL and ingame friends in TEO. To raid, play, help and discover the endgame content of TBC together.

Reason for your TEO application
Shortly put, I miss TEO and want to get reunited with you all.

Do you know anyone in TEO?
Yes, most of you guys.

What can you bring to TEO, why should we invite you?
I understand you might feel betrayed, and truly hope you can look beyond that, and see that people make mistakes, and learn from them. I certainly have. If too much harm is done, I'm hoping to regain your trust within the ranks of TED.
Furthermore I'll bring a dedicated healer, who is trying to push it's limits.

5: Game
What is you characters "/played"?
50 days or so.

What is your raiding experience?
Cleared ZG, MC, BWL, AQ20. AQ40 till chtun (23% with you guys), Naxx whole spiderwing + razu.
Done most of the new 5man instances. getting close to revered for heroic instances with HH, Cenarion Exp., Lower City.

What is your ambition with playing this game?
Having fun, what games are made for. (and feeding my hungering addiction)

Do you have any other significant gaming experience?
Played Settlers 2Red Alert (1), Warcraft 2, Warcaft2: Beyond the dark portal, warcraft 3, warcraft 3: tft, America's Army, alot.

Any questions can be asked either here, ingame, or contact me via mail: Freek.vankempen[at]gmail[dot]com.
Yours Truly,
Freek - Flunky

People are like slinkies. Cheap and useless, but they still make you smile when you push them down the stairs.
