Thats what my topic was about too.
Dual wielding both windfury rank x and windfury rank x-1, would make windfury proc too often.
As it is now, dual wielding 2 different ranks makes it proc more then once every 3 sec. The normal way windfury works is that it procs, and then the next 3 seconds you have a 0% chance on a windfury proc, with dual wield that wouldn`t apply. Thats the "bug" they fixed.

Not using Wf x/Wf x-1 is nerfing yourself. About 4 people posted tests, and is was proved that out of all combinations (rockbiter included), that was the most effective. That is ofcourse, until the so called fix comes.

Don`t gimp yourself, use Wf x/Wf x-1 till the fix
