guys, stop that, it's not funny
if you want the reason, go talk to heebie but I'm sure he's not in the mood for it after what I've heard went on today

I've heard bits and pieces of what went on today and I must say I'm truly disappointed, and Boltan, from what I hear that comment of yours was NOT very tactically made, if you want to know more Boltan, you should talk to me what it's about.
Hf Heebie, I'll talk to you later no doubt.

It is Heebies matter to explain if he wants to do so in the public. He had his reason and I respect his decision to leave. Even though it does make me sad. For now he has joined his RL friends in Knights of Goldshire.

So his theatrics yesterday was just to give him a reason to leave? Disrespectful. Cause he had no reason to act the way he did. he came with claims that we didnt help him enough. Wich is pure bullshit.
You cant expect help without being active inside the comunity, and you cant expect others to use their (maybe limited) game time to run around and boost others. We have helped our shamans alot. Some have helped more in terms of running them through instances and quests, while others have helped with items and advices. And some simply choose to not help, cause they have other ways to enjoy the game. This should be their descision.
This help has been nothing but voluntary, and its way more than anyone could have expected. In fact, I could easely defend a claim that we have helped our shamans too much, that the valuable experience of learing the gameplay is lost when you get a lvl 70 to do all the work for you.
If Heebie wanted to join his irl friends, all he could do was said so, not put up a scene where he made us feel like we didnt do enough for him... wich leads me to; Guildrules. Did anyone read our guildrules? They have beeen unchanged since day one.
I'm very dissapointed, and I do not enjoy being treated like this.

Obscure infact both me and Heebie have recieved very limited help from other people, I'm sure you've seen me bitching in /g for days just to get a damn group for uldaman. I'm sure Heebie had just like me the LFG tool open all the time but the fact is there's just too few people using it.

Infact he was quite active until recently, and you know me I'm online whenever I can and I have to say, I mostly got help from Cruzes and Tanari, Boltan once in a while and a few others who just did "small" favors like Sweters 10 minutes of help in silithus, but it's cool, I appreciate all help I can get like people flying over when I get corpsecamped or instance boosts, items etc etc. But as I said, help was VERY limited.

The naked truth, I've only recieved items from Boltan, Tanari and Heebie, correct my fellow shamans, we helped eachother out with stuff, quests, items you name it. I've only had some advise from fellow shamans aswell. Cruzes helped out on several instance runs where infact he asked me once so that doesn't even count as helping! Eirill, much thanks for all the help in instances, including Mojorising and Webser, Tanari, Boltan and Cruzes and you aswell Obscure, thanks for helping us in underbog last night when I ninjainvited you .
Fact is, people chose not to help me and Heebie, maybe because from what I speculated because Boltan had been semi-inactive after he hit level 60 and after 2 weeks still isn't 70 yet, maybe people had their hopes up high and felt disappointed that he stopped pushing his best luck, or just maybe because after having been extremely cooperative they felt they needed some time on their own characters for a while first. Whatever is the reason, it shouldn't care in the end.

Actually, we've had to beg for people to help us and I don't recall too many times when someone actually volunteered to help me. Tanari in STV, Namino and the other gang of merry men that killed azuregos. But that's about it really. There's a difference in volunteering and having to ask/beg for help, groups are scairse with the new LFG tool not working as intended and the leftovers from the LFG channel. If you can't get a group anywhere, you won't learn none the less. I volunteered to heal last night yet you laughed at me so I think it's wrong to make that assumption here Obscure.

From what I understand he made the comment in general stating he felt he didn't recieve a lot of help, fact is, both me and Heebie were racing for the guild and we had to do it allmost allways alone, playing in solitude isn't that nice really, not especially when everyones bragging about new loot, new spells, new things when we, have to spend most of our time pre-60 in azeroth, waiting to get ganked by OP paladins and their mains when we defeat them, get barely no groups because the lacking LFG tool and not as cooperative guild as we hoped it would be.
You shouldn't feel disappointed for him saying his mind, if you really encouraged it you'd try to discuss it further with him, I know I would.
Actually I feel disappointed, I've been thinking all this time that a guild should work as one, I've worked by that rule for a long time, heck you've seen me log from my shaman to another character to help someone else out. But instead I've walked a long long path to become 60, mostly alone, accepting any help I could get, help was hard to find and when Heebie tried to say so you turned your backs on him, I'm not sure what I should think of it.
But enough bitching, let's frikken play.

And to add the icing to the cake, thanks all the people that DID help all of us shamans to level, I'm not thanking the people that didn't help because there simply was nothing in it for them. That's all there is to it, peace out.

I enjoy leveling alone, goes faster that way. But whenever I've asked for help to instances, be it Deadmines, The Stockades, Scarlet Monastary and so on, it hasn't taken more than 5minutes before a lvl 70 is on his way to help. I find it harder to get guildruns on my pally for lvl 70 instances than to get help from a lvl 70 in lowbie instances. So I truly don't get what this is all about.

Not sure what i should say here . Seems that 1 comment in Guildchat makes me theatrical and judges me as a lootwhoring dramaqueen
I have appriciated all the help i have gotten from 1-60 . Recieved nice items from friendly guildies and having a guildchat to participate in whenever the need was there . I think Belgathor said most of whats needed to say . being new in the guild , not having known any of you for more than aprox 1 month i dont think i have the attention level to get the help when needed as perhaps Apox does . That i dont feel good about asking 2 days in row for help with a instance just to get hardcore ignored is perhaps a flaw in my person . So be it .
Im truely glad that i have met some nice ppl in my fellow shamans and a few others i have talked to in guild . I hope we can stay in contact thruout our adventures in WoW .
i'll be online soon and if anyone has any questions or usefull comments ill be glad to hear from you
