Ah, now I remember where I had that nick from... I did a WSG run with him, and noticed a rogue that captured the flag in such a weird way.
He ran with the flag, dropped it, restealthed, picked it up again, and repeat. When I asked him what it was good for, he just answered "Trade secret 
".. lol, well he seemed to know what he was doing.
