We killed Terestian Illhoof yesterday, and Terestian's Stranglestaff (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28658) dropped. 
After some heavy bidding *cough* i won it

he defently is worth killing, just to get that staff. And i know Talmira have been wanting it for soooo long (since before we started kara).
