I would never use endurance or remorseless attack in a combat build. The offhand dmg is a must have. The secret with combat build is the high white dmg. If you want to use envenom that bad I would go for something like this:

5/5 dual wield spec means more boring solo play and decreases the chanse to survive from gank attempts.. if i dont take vile poisons that is. That is the problem for me
