FINALLY
i got my badge. It dropped of AH for 1500g
GL to the rest of you druids who are farming for it 
-Took me a total of summoning 30 dragons (35 shards pr dragon) created 3 BoE items (50 shards pr item) and wasting some shards on the relics etc and i still have 193 shards to help talmira summon some dwagons, so he might get more lucky than me
