If I'm not mistaken, SSC's first boss, aka Hydross, requires 2 off-tanks and druids are told to be the best for that purpose. Thing is, this is not just about 'simple' tanking - we will need one nature resistence and one frost resistence off-tank. It's said that going for as much as 300 resistence is advised.
You're prolly well aware of that, I'm just wandering if some of you have already gathered some gear for that fight?

i wasnt aware of that..
I've only been focusing in gathering gear for Gruul and Maggie so far.
300 frost or nature ress.. thats with pots, raidbuffs and everything i hope?

maybe when we get closer to SSC, We should get the almighty druids topic updated with frost and nature tank gear.

Lamme
"Tank Druid: Frost/nature resistance gear mix, hitpoint gear."

There's lot of options we can start in SSC. I have heard suggestions that guild should skip hydross and start with some easier boss like Morogrim Tidewalker. I will do research this week, discuss with other officers and decide later what's our way will be..
But ofc i'll agree that let's start already gathering nr gear for tanks But as i said we don't necessarily need to start in Hydross, as this instance is not linear one..

you're right Warsaw, been a while since I read those tactics, I stressed I wasn't sure in first post.
and Von - I'm afraid you're right as well - as much as this fight sounds totally creazy and incredibly interesting for me, it may very well be a good idea to let him live for a week or two more. orso.
