WoW has sucked since TBC and its gonna get worse, next upgrade they will make it 20 or 15 man instead of 25 and 5 instead of 10, trust me, they will.
the fact is, in TBC you are less depended on your fellow guildies than you were be4, meaning, people WILL start slacking. be4 you needed 40, now, you need 10-25... hell, you can even start LFG for Karazhan without a problem, that isn't how its suppose to work, is it?
Be4 TBC: "I have to show up for the raid or it might get canceled because there might not be enough members to fill the raid"
after TBC: "I dont have to show up today, someone else can take my place, its no problem" <--- see my point?
some people like it, that you dont have to depend on so many ppl to be successful. to those I say: stop playing wow, play some solo game, wow is a team game were everyone has to do their best to make it work. you dont like it? quit, its very simple.
but about the issue: yes, Blizzard has made the game unplayable some places, for example the netherwing ledge, on ED, Wing Commander Mulverick and skyshatter are bugged now and then, its simply not acceptable when you pay for playing this game. People should demand quality for their money!
AMEN

This mentality was also present before TBC, I doubt it has anything to do with the number of people required for raids. More likely it is because the guild is still scaled for 40 man raids and has too many active players for 25-man raiding.

Personally, I like not having to rely on 39 other people to raid. It is so easy for some of them to slack when there are many other people in the raid doing their best to outweigh their poor performance - I guess we define slacking differently.
As the number of people required to raid gets smaller, the individual effort becomes more important. That means that you as a player will be more important to success than before TBC and that makes it more fun to play, in my opinion.

Actually I am very much dependant of my guildies because pugs suck.
Wonder why he still trolls our forum, he has nothing to find here. Maybe he needs friends or something.

I have nothing to do, I wanna see if you progressed since I left and I get my answer everytime I look on the front page :p. I dont need more friends, I have plenty irl friends I can hang out with if I like (when they are home). And thats one of the reasons I'm gonna quit WoW on August, when my online paid time runs out. As for my char. I have everything I want (or almost) I have good weapons, the armor is ok. my trinkets suit me fine (I got the Madness one now, from the lunacy deck, it rocks), I have 7-8 mounts, including Onyx Netherdrake. The only thing that I lack is the fun. And thats the main thing with playing a game, without it, you might as well quit and so I will.
maybe, when ever I'm not tired of this, I'll start playing again (depending on that they dont make another Expansion by the end of the year that is).
I just dinged 200 days played on my hunter... or.. to be exact.. 200 days, 7 hours and some min. hehe... 200 days played, thats like, almost a year in total:O and thats only on one, have many on my rogue too, and shaman... so good time to quit imo. I guess I dont beat Eni... but, hey, I'm glad I aint the worst:P
