Alright you shaman. Post your gear statistics / build / any other info here for us to see. I think we should go for healing gear / stats because those are the ones with most meaning to others. You can ofc post your caster / melee gear stats also.

In addition to your gear I would like some activity statements. Four tiers of activity, pick the one that suits you.
1 - l33t in every way. This player is a player that joins every raid there is every week. Counting out the weekend he goes to visit his momma.
2 - Fairly active, can be seen raiding whenever he can. Though this might not mean every raid every reset :) Weeks without raiding are ofc allowed.
3 - Less active. This person values this absurd thing called RL. He spends more time there than with the community online :| Slacker imo. Though ofc everyone have to be like this once and a while
4 - Slowpoke. This person has problems comprehensing the meaning of the phrase "log on". Comes online from time to time (meaning rarely) and does what he pleases. The ultimate slacker aka casual. Stay away as RL might be contagious. You ever seen this guy raid?

activity #3 considering I cant be online atm much. Got to read for my uni entry exam for may 7th

healing gear (when resto): +healing 1053, 8.11% crit, mana regen 249 (not casting) and 142 (casting)
caster gear: +dmg 433, 14.46% crit, mana regen 201 (not casting) and 102 (casting)
melee gear: armor 4342 (8148 with shield), 953 att power, ~16.5% melee crit chance

6119 hp/6728 mana 459 dmg/healing 12.10 spellcrit, got some healing trinkets on the side, 1h mace with +138 healing and some mp5 gear aswell, but not much really

but am planning on respeccing to something else that works for both arena and raids

I plan on raiding soon but I just refuse to heal with my current gear of green quest items and some blues, for now I'll stick with 3, to find out if I can fit the raiding plans in my work/play schedual aswell, finished at 18:00 got to raid at 19:00 etc etc. Can be done just like before but I like to chill out after work with my colleagues sometimes aswell, with a beer etc.

That's the plan, unfortunately 2 of the people that I did shadow labs with had to go to kara so I never got to the quest objective for the kara pre-q. I heard you need more healers and more shamans especially...

i has 2h spec for solo pve and use my mana only to heel

can raid monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday and saturday, sometimes also on sunday but I prefer to keep that unsigned because I never know if we will or won't be going to church during raid

interesting spec you have there but aren't you aware that you gain healing from intellect? I see you put some points in rather useless talents for a full supportive healing build which could be replaced into the enhancement tree tier 1 intellect talent

just a suggestion, if that works for you I didn't say nothing

i know and ppl say it to me all the time but if you look at the talent its mana not intellect and its only 5% and with 9800 mana that is 490 more mana, and a healing wave is 720mana, lesser healing wave is 440mana so you really only get one heal out of 5 talent points
