any 1 know this virus and what it do??

i run AVG several times now but i cant "heal" it
any 1 know what to do??

Just visit www.avast.com
download the free home edition
Register for registration key...
install it.
restart...let windows scan from boot, it can fix any type of boot viruses...its real good software...Even free...
A few suggestions from a simple google search.
Personally I use Zonealarm firewall and Avast antivirus and both are completely free and updated regularly, although you'll have to manually check for updates with zonealarm as automatic updates are only supported in the professional version, which costs money.
To get the free version go here and click on the button that says "I only want basic Zonealarm protection".
