Warriors Situation
Guys since Windir seems to be afk for a while i will post this topic instead of him. Lets update status of each, to find out if we need more warriors in the guild. Old one seems to be a bit out of date.
Maby brief version of template:

Activity in raids: 1-2/week. less active couse of new job. active in arena and some bg
You preffered role in raid: would preffer to stay in arms a bit so DPS (will respec prot if needed)
State of gear: - Tank gear make me able to tank every boss we will try to kill in near future, + NR tank for Hydross,
- pure pve dps gear = crap,
- Not bad gear for pvp,

alt
activity - alts Kara every now and than, can help main-raids if needed (prolly as a replacement since I rarely can play from 19)
preffered role in raid - tanking, though as I'm mainly into pvp each raid requires a respec which is bit costly. still - tanking is what I like in raids.
gear:
tanking - Gruul would be a challenge.
pve dps - donno what gear\spec suits best here so I use my pvp set and I'm more or less happy with it (over 33% crit is a joy for everyone whose main is a hunter). on a side note, got a major collection of cool-looking weapons.
pvp - pretty much best stuff I could think of at pre-Kara and pvp-beginner stage.

activity - every raid i can attend (atleast 2 raids a week, depending on days ofc)
raid role - tank
tank gear: able to tank kara, gruul, dunno 
no resistance gear
pve dps gear: ok
pvp gear: crap

Activity - every raid
role: tank or dps, i can respec to every raid if needed.
Tank gear: able to tank kara grull void, (all gear i could take from badges, just need new legs and chest )
pvp gear: 1/5 gladiator 3/5 merci, and all gear from honor

As you have maybe noticed, Joly has currently been promoted to Class Leader status and I believe he will be tacking over the CL duties for warriors. Correct me if Im wrong though (and dont shoot me if my intel is flawed!)

no idea, didnt seen any info about that, but if so than goodluck Joly on this duty

interesting, hope he'll prove himself worthy considering he's probably the least experienced warrior when looking at the other mains
