Re: Hunter Gear

I don't really mind. Since I care more about progress raids, than killing bosses we already have on farm. And tbh I don't think that spending around 2h on quite challenging trash in TK for _1_ boss is really worth it.

Re: Hunter Gear

I, for one, like VR fight quite much. Same goes for the bits of TK I've seen so far.
I have quite opposite feelings for SSC, though that started to change lately.

All in all, what I do like the most is new encounters, so that would direct me towards SSC since it's the natural raiding instance to learn after Kara. Skiping it and concentrating on TK would suit me, though gear could be a factor.

At this moment I'm very much interested in the next SSC boss waiting for us (the one with 4 adds), since this is the concept of a fight I like (assuming it's somehow similar to Dark Council at Gruul's Lair). And I also think that paassing Hydross is a big mistake, but that's just me.

Re: Hunter Gear

Loot wise, skipping Void Reaver means missing out on shoulder piece. Other than that and missing out on an cool encounter it's nothing really. But that's a question that's up to the officers I guese.

Sure does, but I think most hunters would prefer having the tier legs rather than them. Especially if they can't get shoulders from Void Reaver.

Re: Hunter Gear

Why?
On one hand we're supposed to be going after an adventure into SSC, on the other hand we're regularly skipping a boss that:
- is first one in the instance
- we are overall well-geared for
- we have spent quite an effort on, in terms of equping the tanks
- seems awfully interesting and demanding (aka challenging)
- is sort fo a dps race (which makes me wanna try him, being a dps class)

that's why.

dont even go there, all the tokens are for multiple classes, you're not having a worse time than priests and warriors bidding against each other, which imo is worse than bidding between 2 dps classes.
but it's not like we're skipping TK, we're just doing SSC first, and I'd rather focus on one instance, learn the encounters and have progress than spread too thin and no really get anywhere. So let's just get SSC done with and THEN turn our full attention to TK.
