I can make Nightfin Soup (8 mana per 5 sec) and Grilled Squid (10 agi) too.
Nightfin is easy obtaineble but the squids i have only gotten 10 of, ever.

Updated for patch 2.2.3.
Removed a lot of retail pots and added new TBC and 2.1 potions etc.
Also divided the elixirs in to Battle and Guardian elixirs.
Let me know if there's something missing and who can make what 
both alts and mains

I can make: Spicy Crawdad (+30 stam, 20 spirit)
Blackened Basilisk (+25 spelldmg, 20 spirit)
Blackened Sporefish (+20 stam, 8 mp5)
Golden Fishsticks (+44 healing, 20 spirit)
almost every Basilisk in Terokkar drops the meat for the dmg one
Those who live by the sword get shot by those who don't.
