And... THANK GOD!
Patch 2.4 will remove the restriction for Ritual of Summoning that prevents you from summoning players into instances. Provided the player meets the instance requirements, you'll be able to summon them in from anywhere in the world

1. We've reached a point where we're now confident that applying diminishing returns to honor is no longer necessary, and we're currently planning to remove it with the 2.4 patch
2. What the removal of diminishing returns means for you is that as soon as you defeat an opponent that rewards you honor, you will receive that honor, and you will be able to spend it right then. There will no longer be an estimate, and you will no longer need to wait until the next day until you can actually spend it. Your achievements through honor-based PvP will be instantaneous.
FINALLY! no more whining about OMG I GOT 6k HONOR TODAY BUT GOT 2K!
3. Shaman
Healing grace will reduce the chance that all of your spells will be dispelled by 10/20/30%
omg dispel magic resistance! still only 30% tho..

Season 2 Gear available for honor
For the moment, Blizzard still plan to make the season 2 gear available for honor once the season 4 has started. They also plan to simply remove the season 1 gear and if you've got way too many honor points and like collecting things, you might want to buy it now.
Quote from: Drysc (Source)Q: With the launch of Season 3 for arena's, Season 1 gear became available for honor. My question is - when Season 4 starts, will Season 2 gear be available ... [for honor?]
A: That's the plan Stan. (Subject to change)
It means that Season 1 gear will no longer be available. Season 2 will take its place on the honor vendors for the same price that Season 1 gear is now.
A: This is, also, the plan... Stan. Also not set in stone at the moment, but that's been the idea from the start. New season sets cycle in, the old ones are sloughed off.
or in short, people will run around naked because they're armor was deleted
keep the armor for other occasions, like scryer bank visitations with guildies

* Items intended for Retribution Paladins have had their stats adjusted. Retribution Paladins should see an increase in dps as a result.
My guess is that spell damage will be removed from s1-2 and tier retribution sets.. Time will tell

Once every 24 hours, through Enchanting (not Alchemy) you'll be able to split a Void Crystal into two Large Prismatic Shards. This is through a new recipe that's being added in 2.4.

No, that means you will no longer be able to purchase the Season 1 gear (anywhere), just like the original level 70 version of the old pvp set. It won`t disappear, but you won`t be able to purchase it anymore.

which would result into, blue pvp set will reappear WHILE IT'S EVEN SUCKIER THAN S1, and S1 will disappear, S2 items will be obtainable through honor so which leaves the question, why the fuck is the blue set being put back in the game?

No, I don`t think the blue pvp set will come back.

We are tossing a little more into the mix with a change that is being implemented in patch 2.4. Players will be able to purchase level 70 Superior quality PvP gear off of reputation vendors.
We want both PvE and PvP to work together and this is just one way we think will help do that for those looking to better combine the two.
This means you will be able to buy blue pvp items, from rep vendors (NOT pvp rep vendors).
And yes, the S1 gear will disappear, and there will be S2 gear obtainable from the vendor that currently "sells" S1 gear.

we'll see how it works out I suppose, gonna dl the testrealm to see how

Blue sets are being added back in to remove the stupid 100K minimum honor (4x S1 / non set epix) pretty much needed to be competitive.

I like the fact that they are adding new daily quests, im pretty bored of the current ones.
a lot of good additions overall, like the summoning thing, and the honor changes.
