Idd, this is so true. PvP in Blackrock mountain was awesome 
Alliance raids running into horde raids while they were waiting for the rest to arrive. Good times

Heh, Kami, for us it was rather like: "guys, Massive raid standing outside BRM, plx help QQ rez hael!111" I even remember some alliance guys calling DR "gankers"...
And btw, the only thing missing in this movie is Silithus, which was the best outdoor pvp zone after Ahn Quiraji gates opened.

I'll never forget my first pvp encounter. It was in Wetlands, I was level 19 and there were 2 hordes, +10 levels above us. I said: us, because it was more than 10 of us, all lowbies, standing right in front of them outside the shooting range. Man, I was so thrilled when the fight started...

Yeah I know, good times 
I was thinking of the times when Horde raids were waiting at the BWL orb, and we would come in and just kill everything in sight
Silithus was great too indeed, waiting in front of the portal, seeing an entire horde raid coming at you on mounts

Actually i think this is exaggerated nostalgia... It was often 40 man vs 5 and not very fun at all. I played a lot of world pvp and tarren mill was often 60s killing n00bs, STV wasn't that great, and BRM was waiting to ress while 2 bored raids camped you. This goes for ally as well as horde.
EPL on the other hand was fairly even, and a lot of good equal ganking fun. Same goes for Silithus
Tbh the new system promotes skill over gear and I'm all for it.
BUT it was a cool movie

Tarren mill was fun when the PvP era began though. Most of us weren't even level 60 back then.

you should check the server forum, there is this killing game going on (has been for mounths), where you nominate 3 ppl (from your own Faction) to be killed, the killer then posts a screen shot and nominates 3 of his and so on (only 1 has to be killed) it looked pretty fun, so if some random noob tries to kill you for no reason look it up, you just might be one of the 3 targets:P
