Im having some issues with my account. For the second time my account has been closed due to suspicious activity -.-.
It asks me to run my antivirus and change my password and stuff. Thing is, the password link is sent to an email account which password i cant recall. I've tried to use the password recovery tool, but the stupid hotmail service sends the link i need back to the account which password i dont know ...

I've already done that, but it takes days for them to reply. I've even gone through all this burocratic process with windows hotmail to get my password back and also need to wait 24 hours.

call them, they unlocked mine when i got hacked over the phone, didnt ask for confirmation or anything.
then again i didny ask for a pw reset, just account unlock and my stuff back

I still wont know my password since the email from blizzard was sent to an email account which password i cant remember, and the hotmail service, when trying to retrieve the password, sends an email with the link i need back to the same account which password i dont recall...how stupid is that?!

These guys sure take a while to respond. They're prety fast to tell you that you've contacted the wrong support team, but an actual answer, daaaaays. Same goes for the hotmail team -.-

- Log in to our Account Management pages at https://eu.battle.net/login/
- Click "Change E-mail Address".
- Fill in the requested details and wait for a verification e-mail on your new e-mail address.
Thats all nice, but how can i log on to Account Management if the account is still locked due to suspicious activities?!

that shouldnt be a problem. it is only loggin in to wow that locked.
i was locked due to hacking but account management worked fine.
